A space designed to move, breathe and grow. From yoga and breathwork to sound journeys and inspiring talks, the Workshop Zones invite you to unwind, explore new perspectives and expand body, mind, and soul.

Wānanga Zone
A space to slow down, listen, and learn through the depth of te ao Māori. Guided by tikanga, kōrero and connection. The Wānanga Zone invites you to experience wisdom, ceremony and culture shared from indigenous leaders through workshops, music and pūrakau/stories
Culture Zone
A dedicated space for stories, teachings, performances and expressions that celebrate the cultural richness and diversity of Aotearoa. Expand your cultural awareness and appreciation through shared traditions, giving respect back to the origin of many wellness practices.
Green room (for contributors)
A haven behind the scenes for performers, facilitators and contributors to rest, connect and recharge while they prepare for their next moment in the spotlight. The more we care for them, the more they care for you.
Cacao Zone
Thick, creamy cacao in hand, acoustic melodies in the air, this is your sanctuary for softness and connection. Settle in for heartfelt talks, gentle workshops and the simple joy of slowing down. A more intimate space for more open minded conversations.
Healers Zone
Step into a space to recharge, restore, and realign, where skilled hands and gentle energy work help you reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit. From massage and bodywork to readings and holistic therapies, this is your sanctuary to pause, breathe, and nourish yourself.
Food Village
Delicious, nourishing, and diverse - fuel up with meals and snacks that make your festival day taste as good as it feels.
Market Village
Stroll through a vibrant world of creativity, where every stall tells a story. Discover handmade treasures, taste local flavours, and connect with makers, artisans, and creators who pour heart and soul into their craft.
Late Night Stage after 6pm
Feel the music into the night as world-class acts take over the Late Night Stage. With a bar to sip, dance and connect, this fenced off space is a playground for evening time socialising, safely contained and monitored by security to keep the rest of the festival family-friendly and alcohol-free.
