SAFETY & WELLBEING REPORTING HUB

Your safety, wellbeing and peace of mind are important to us. If something has happened that needs attention, there are three pathways for reporting, depending on the type of information you would like to share.

Below are the three pathways. You can select the one that applies to you and you will be taken to a form where you can submit the relevant information:

🔴 Formal Complaint — Misconduct / Harm
🟠 Conduct Concern — Early Warning
🟢 Safety Suggestions & Community Feedback

We recognise that reaching out can be difficult. This reporting hub exists to ensure that information is handled fairly, confidentially and through a due-process approach consistent with New Zealand legal expectations, including natural justice, privacy and safety obligations.

We also provide onsite safety support systems during the event so you can access care immediately if needed.

SAFETY SUPPORT AVAILABLE ONSITE

Morph Festival provides multiple layers of support during the event to help keep our community safe and cared for:

🔹 Camp Aunties
A safe, calm space run by respected women in the community. Anyone feeling overwhelmed, distressed, unsafe or unwell is welcome without judgement. Camp Aunties provide grounding, emotional support and a place to reset, and they can contact First Aid, Security, Festival Rangers or Festival Management on your behalf when necessary.

🔹 Festival Rangers
Experienced members of the community who walk the festival grounds and can be approached for support, mediation, de-escalation or to report something that doesn’t feel right. Rangers can directly contact Camp Aunties, First Aid, Security or Festival Management for rapid support.

🔹 24/7 On-Site Security
Professional security personnel are present across the festival grounds and gates. They support conflict resolution, physical safety and high-risk situations, and respond when urgent intervention is needed.

🔹 Police Access When Required
Morph Festival is held within metropolitan Auckland, and police can be contacted and onsite quickly when a situation requires law enforcement involvement. Event Security maintains direct communication pathways with police and will engage them when necessary.

These support systems are available to provide immediate care and safety during the event.
