Tara is someone who's passionate about helping others especially through bodywork... She's a certified Feldenkrais practitioner, relaxation and sports massage therapist and values freedom and choice in all aspects of life but particularly in the body. Tara works with you to help you feel at home in your body which in turn creates freedom. Freedom from pain and a heap of choice in the way you move!
Modern life tends to hammer our nervous system. Constant input and frequent pressure with very little recovery. Unwind Your Stress Mess is a workshop that is a workshop where things slow down. We'll talk about stress and it's impact on the body and draw on massage skills along with a gentle Feldenkrais Awareness through Movement lesson to calm your nervous system, improve the way you move and give you practical ways to create breathing space in your body at any time. You'll likely also find this workshop helpful for pain relief, better energy levels and improved sleep.
