Te Aho Wahine The
Te Aho Wāhine- The Weaving of the Feminine.
workshops
Moana Hancock and Claire Rapira co-facilitate Te Aho Wahine, a weaving of breath, movement, Māori healing wisdom, and feminine embodiment.
Rooted in honohono, breathwork, somatic movement, touch therapy, strength training, and trauma-aware practice, they create grounded spaces where women can soften without collapsing, feel without being overwhelmed, and reconnect to the intelligence of their bodies.
Moana’s work carries the thread of atua wahine, elemental connection, and breath as a bridge back to whenua and inner knowing. Claire brings strength, ritual, sensual embodiment, and deep body awareness, guiding women into power that feels lived, not performed.
Together, they hold an earthy, rhythmic, and embodied experience, where heart, womb, and breath weave together.
