Roots & Responsibility: Shipibo Plant Dietas, Psychedelic Safety & Conscious Self-Navigation

workshops

Ronon Metsa is a New Zealand born guide who has spent the past decade walking a lived path of traditional and modern healing. His journey has taken him from the ashrams of India studying Yoga, to the monasteries of Nepal immersed in Mahayana Buddhism, and into the Amazon jungle of Peru, where he apprenticed under Shipibo Maestros.

Through years of dieta work, Ronon learned plant relationship, Icaros, ceremonial protocols, and the principles of sacred service within the Shipibo lineage. Rooted in this tradition, he now facilitates retreats and ceremonial spaces around the world, supporting people to develop respectful relationships with plant medicines and their own inner guidance.

Bringing together what he has lived, studied, and practiced, Ronon holds spaces in a deeply grounded and humble way. His work weaves ancestral plant wisdom with modern life and therapeutic understanding, with the intention of helping people reconnect with their inner power and remember who they truly are.
