Jenna is a breathwork facilitator, guide, and space-holder for embodied transformation, weaving together nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, energetics, and conscious self-leadership. Her work invites people out of the noise of the mind and back into the wisdom of the body — where clarity, healing, and change unfold.

Through breath, sensation, and subtle energetic awareness, Jenna creates grounded yet expansive spaces where people can reset, recalibrate, and reconnect to themselves at a deeper level. Her approach is trauma-aware, intuitive, and accessible, supporting both first-timers and seasoned explorers to safely meet their inner world with presence and honesty.

Jenna is the creator of the R.E.S.E.T Breathwork — Resiliency, Emotional Intelligence, Self-Responsibility, Energetics, and Transformation —a practical framework for nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and integrated personal change.

Her work holds a blend of earth and ether: practical regulation anchored in mysticism, creativity, and deep remembering.
