Lou Rix is a New Zealand–based yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and clinical hypnotherapist known for her deeply nurturing approach to inner transformation. She weaves together hypnosis, Reiki, guided journeys, and intuitive energy work to help people reconnect with their Higher Self, release subconscious patterns, and come home to their true inner wisdom.

Lou facilitates group journeys, retreats, and intimate healing experiences at her boutique wellness space, Nurture Studio Huntly, where she supports people from all walks of life through gentle but powerful transformation.
