Dani is an experienced yoga teacher with a background in trauma-informed practices, yoga therapy, and somatics. Her work is rooted in creating accessible, inclusive spaces where people feel safe to explore the relationship between mind, body, breath, and awareness.
Alongside embodied movement, Dani guides meditation practices that support nervous system regulation, self-inquiry, and deeper presence. Her approach is gentle, grounded, and attuned, inviting participants to reconnect with their innate curiosity and self-compassion while moving and reflecting at their own pace.
