Luisa lives by the mantra “Go with the flow and embody the flow of life.” A yogi, surfer, and climber, she integrates mindfulness into all she does. With a Master’s in Sport Science, she’s a 200h Yoga Teacher, Trauma-Informed Facilitator, and Ayurvedic Health Advisor. Currently pursuing her 500h certification in Ashtanga and Therapeutic Yoga, Luisa also offers Thai Yoga Massage, Myofascial Unwinding, and Reiki for holistic healing.
