Sarah is a certified Dream Yoga teacher from Yashodara Ashram and currently the only trained practitioner offering this rare, transformative inner-work modality in Aotearoa. With decades of experience in embodied practice, she supports participants to navigate their inner landscapes with clarity, curiosity, and authentic self-connection.

Since 2007, Sarah has guided workshops at many of Aotearoa’s major conscious festivals -Prana, Voices of Sacred Earth, Earth Beat, NZ Spirit, Splore, AUM, Shiva Shakti, and more - often drawing such interest that sessions filled to capacity. Her work invites people to explore the symbols, sensations, and wisdom arising from within, whether through dreamwork, vision journeys, or deep somatic inquiry.

Sarah’s facilitation spans large-group festival spaces, online and in-person, all grounded in the same intention: to help others trust their inner voice, decode the messages of their subconscious, and meet themselves with honesty and insight.
