Workshop: Raising Intuitive Young People

culture

Sharin is the Intuitive Guide behind See Tell and Sage. Of North Indian (Panjabi) decent and based in Aotearoa New Zealand, she weaves spirit, psychology, culture and lived experience into everything she offers. By the age of 26, Sharin had navigated profound life initiations including intense childhood turbulence, extreme mental health lows, the loss of her sister, a marriage and divorce, domestic violence, and years of chronic pain from complex reproductive health conditions. These experiences became the catalyst for her deep healing journey.

At 28, she chose to radically change her life, returning home, entering therapy, and committing fully to her inner work. Through this, she rebuilt her self-worth, reconnected with her body and intuition, and remembered her soul’s calling. Sharin comes from a lineage of “seers” and carries the natural gift of perceiving beyond the physical. She is now reclaiming her cultural and ancestral practices alongside her energy work, honouring both Spirit and heritage in the way she serves.

With over 15 years of teaching experience across early childhood, primary and secondary education, Sharin now holds space as an Intuitive Guide, blending grounded wisdom with spiritual insight. Her work invites you to reconnect with your inner knowing, your body and your truth. Come sit, breathe, and remember who you are becoming.

Workshop: Raising Intuitive Children
Children naturally feel, see and sense what many adults have forgotten. They are emotionally perceptive, energetically aware and deeply intuitive, yet so often they are misunderstood, labelled as too sensitive, or taught to disconnect from what they feel. This talk is for parents, teachers, caregivers and adults who want to better support the intuitive children/young people and sensitive souls in their lives. It is also for those who feel a quiet pull to reconnect with their own inner child. Together we will explore what intuition actually looks like in children, how fear and misunderstanding shape the body system, and how we can create true safety not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually.

Sharin’s passion for this work comes from lived experience as both an intuitive child and a teacher of over 15 years. Growing up highly sensitive and energetically aware without guidance, what was never named as intuition became fear, anxiety and later depression. It was not until her thirties that she learned how to safely and confidently navigate her gifts. This session blends grounded teaching, storytelling and gentle embodiment. The space will include drop-in meditation, guided journaling, storytelling, creative play, and quiet reflection. You will leave with practical tools, insight and a deeper understanding of how to best support intuitive children and your own inner world.
